I asked Gippity for something new and interesting. I can’t remember the last time I stuffed a chicken breast, but I’m not sure if this will be the “new and interesting” I was looking for.

Gippity has proven me wrong before, though. I’m excited to see how this one turns out.

This was good!

The real highlight was the quinoa salad. It was light and refreshing, and the lemon juice added a nice tang.

The chicken was good, but I would have liked a little more flavor in the filling. Some feta or a little more garlic would have done the trick.
